What does Capability Exchange do?
We turn data into quantified, prioritised action. We are an AI and IP powered service: our experts use our own IP, pre-built analyses and AI automation to find the opportunities in the data you already have and put a value on each one. Your leaders then agree which to act on and own the delivery, and we help build your team's capability along the way.
Who do you work with?
Accountable leaders who own a performance number, such as chief executives, finance and operations leaders, and divisional or operational heads, or the equivalent roles in your sector. We are an AI and IP powered service, and we sit in the service-enabled software segment: our own software, IP and AI automation, applied to your data by experienced people who work alongside your team. It runs on a monthly subscription with no lock-in, rather than as a large consulting programme.
How it works
What does "quantified, prioritised action" mean?
A short list of the actions that will move your numbers most, each with a value, an owner and a date, ranked so you know what to do first.
How long before we see results?
The 20 working days begin once data access and the agreed prerequisites are in place. By the end you have quantified opportunities, prioritised actions and an action plan agreed with your team. Measurable benefit then comes as the actions are delivered.
What happens in the first conversation?
A 30-minute call on Microsoft Teams that starts with one question: which number do you want to move? We'll ask some useful questions about what drives it and tell you honestly whether we can help. It's an introduction, not paid work.
Data and commercials
What data do you need, and is it secure?
We start with the data you already have. We agree the deployment with your IT team, so your data stays under your control, and your IT team completes pre-flight checks before we connect.
Do we have to buy software?
You subscribe to our software and our experts together, on one monthly subscription. There is no licence to buy up front and no implementation programme: our experts run our pre-built analyses on your data and work alongside your team. After the first 20 days we can carry on: continuing the analysis, supporting the actions, tracking impact and building your team's capability.
How does the subscription work?
You pay monthly and can scale up, scale down or stop. There is no lock-in.
